See Something, Say Something

Help prevent—or limit—a measles outbreak here in Pierce County. Right now, we have no measles cases locally. We are doubling down on our outreach efforts with healthcare providers, schools and the community to boost our community immunity.

Please share these messages and infographics with community members and organizations you work with:

Are you and your family vaccinated for measles?

If not, get the MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) vaccine as soon as possible.

Go to www.tpchd.org/measles for infographics in six languages, information on free and low-cost vaccines, links to recent blog posts, and more.

When more people are vaccinated, we reduce the potential spread of this disease. Boosting our community immunity could help us avoid an outbreak or limit its spread. That’s why we’re urging people to check their vaccination status and get vaccinated if needed.
